The Tour proposed schedule:
Day 1: Buongiorno!
We will meet in Bologna airport arrival gate. Your Tour Leader will arrive around 2PM and wait patiently for you up till 4PM. Just relax and sit in your private and comfortable minivan, destination le Marche! Your small group trip to Italy officially starts now!
Once arrived at the hotel, a country house chosen by Jamie Oliver in his Italian trip you can enjoy immediately the SPA or just relax in your room.
In the Evening the Welcome Dinner will fill your Italian food cravings!
Day 2: Back to Renaissance
Today we explore Urbino, one of the cradle of Renaissance and UNESCO world heritage city.
We will meet our guide inside the Duke’s Palace, home of Federico da Montefeltro and admire the National Gallery of Marche (spoiler alert, it holds one of the best portraits made by Raphael!).
Lunch time is free time! I can show you the best restaurants in town if you want to have some private time or we can eat together!
Afternoon: we will continue to explore the city and uncover more hidden gems before we head back to hotel!
Day 3: Truffle Hunt
Today we go hunting for the jewels of Montefeltro: Truffles!.
We will meet with our local truffle hunter in his tartufaia (truffle farm) and explore the woods searching for the precious delicacy.
What we find will be taken home and will become our dinner!
Early Afternoon is complete relax and free time, you will have the options to enjoy the SPA or do one of the many activities that are available at the country house!
Day 4: Castle & Winery
Today we visit one of the most iconic medieval cities of Italy: Gradara. We will walk inside the ancient castle and learn about the love story of Paolo and Francesca, a tragedy narrated by Dante in his Divina Commedia.
Then, after a delicious lunch in a nearby restaurant we will continue our trip to a well known local winery. Prepare your tastebuds for a wine tasting experience and olive oil tasting experience!
Day 5: Earth’s treasure
Our small group tour continues: Say goodbye to Montefeltro! and welcome to Central Marche!
Today you’ll get a Jules Verne’s style experience with a private guided tour of the Caves of Frasassi, one of the biggest caves in Europe! Once out we will get our energies back with a nice lunch we will visit a beautiful temple hidden between the mountains and snap some envy’s worth selfies!
After that we will then move towards our second hotel in one of the best villages in Italy facing the breathtaking Sibillini mountains.
Day 6*: Sacred or Secret
Today’s morning time is free! Enjoy a nice breakfast and just relax or go for a shopping tour in the nearby big brands Outlets!
Marche has many hidden secrets for example the mysterious caves of Osimo, if you like mystery and esotericism this is for you OR perhaps you are more interested in art and religion…then the holy sanctuary of Loreto is what you are looking for!

Day 7*: Marche by the Sea
In the morning you can enjoy some relax and a walk in the nearby medieval village town!
in the afternoon we will move to Ancona because who needs a swimming pool when you can enjoy the best and most beautiful sea location in Marche, away from the crowd?
We will sail on a private Yacht on a 1/2 day long excursion at the sea. We will take beautiful selfies, see the famous 2 Sisters rock formations, swim, sunbathe and have our happy hour on boat, CHEERS!
When the sun starts to set, we will have our dinner with the freshly caught seafood!
Day 8*: Ascoli
We will visit Ascoli Piceno, home of one of the most beautiful squares of Italy and enjoy a guided walk tour of the city center, don’t forget to grab some Olive Ascolane as snack while there!
After lunch, just like the locals, we will have a mandatory stop at the historical Caffe’ Meletti for a traditional caffè con anice (coffee and anise).
As we go back at our hotel We will celebrate the end of the trip with a Goodbye dinner!

Day 9: Buon Viaggio!
As you enjoy your breakfast and share your trip pictures with your friends your private minivan is ready to comfortably drive you to Bologna airport departure gates.
